Our Ribbon Skirt Grab Bag has everything you need to create a unique statement piece. Featuring 1 yard of cotton poplin, 8 yards of premium double-face ribbon, and 1 yard of 2 inch elastic, you can create a beautiful ribbon skirt that can easily be dressed up or down.

This grab bag includes everything you need to make a skirt for children up to approximately 8 years old.
