Ribbon Skirt Making Class – In Partnership with the Edmonton Elks

Join us for a fun and creative workshop designed for individuals with little or no sewing experience! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make a beautiful A-Line style ribbon skirt with 4 ribbons and pockets. The A-Line ribbon skirt is made from two A-shaped pieces of fabric, giving it a flattering, fitted look in the hip area with minimal gathering. Our online instructor and step-by-step video guidance will walk you through the entire process—from cutting your fabric to sewing your skirt—so you’ll leave with a finished ribbon skirt you can be proud of.
